The Festival Center is a beautiful multi-purpose building in the heart of Adams Morgan, a vibrant and diverse Festival Centerneighborhood in Northwest DC. Our 19,600 square foot building was dedicated on September 23, 1989.

Our work is to nurture, equip, and embolden individuals and groups who are called to follow Jesus Christ. We do this by offering classes, events and workshops through our Servant Leadership School; opportunities for daily noon prayer in our beautiful chapel; and year-long internships in through our Discipleship Year program.

Over the years, the Festival Center building has been home to other organizations, such as Samaritan Inns. Currently, the Festival Center provides office space for a number of other mission-based organizations, such as Jubilee Housing, Jubilee Jumpstart, Faith and Money Network, L’Arche, Jubilee Support Alliance, and Questscope. We share space much as we share hunger and affinity for the same Spirit that gives life to our missions.

The Festival Center provides a “ministry of presence” to our Adams Morgan neighbors, to our space users, and to the Church of the Saviour legacy network and its faith communities. AA and NA groups meet nearly every day of the week here, as they have done since we opened in 1989. Other groups, such as Spiritual Support Groups and faith community mission groups, also call the Festival Center home.

For twenty years, the Festival Center has served as a welcoming crossroads and encouraging gateway to spiritual and personal growth opportunities.
